Bhavani Sukumar, M.S., M.A. - Founder and CEO

Bhavani brings a rare mix of analytical depth and academic excellence to the Pudhu Life Sciences board and executive management team. With a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s in Physics, Mathematics, and Special Education, she combines scientific precision with a strong understanding of human learning and behaviour.

Her passion and desire to contribute to the upbringing of kids and her social outlook of giving back to the society made her choose a career in teaching. Bhavani is a High School Mathematics and Physics that has helped her communicate complex concepts with clarity and purpose.

Prior to starting her teaching career, Bhavani worked as a Junior Clinical Research Associate, actively contributing to the success of multiple clinical trials by identifying and connecting with qualified doctors and participants. Her quest to improve the overall quality of life and make the world a “Healthy place to live” by working on cutting edge clinical and bio-equivalence trials culminated in her starting Pudhu Life Sciences, a clinical research organization focused on simplifying the conduct of complex BA/ BE and clinical studies.

Mr. Jayesh Dabhi - Director

An experienced clinical pharmacologist with over 21 years of experience in Clinical Research, Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Trial Management, Biostatistics-Data Management, Regulatory Affairs & Project Management at various organizations. Mr. Jayesh served as the General Manager of Clinical Trial Division at Amneal Pharmaceuticals for 15 years. During his tenure, he established the clinical trial (late phase) division and secured many regulatory approvals, playing a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and success. Prior to that, Mr. Jayesh has also left an indelible mark on major Indian CROs like Accutest and Veeda Clinical Research.

His visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to quality, financial integrity and adept crisis management have made him a highly respected figure in the industry. Mr. Jayesh’s exceptional technical, regulatory and commercial acumen makes him a proficient instructor and project leader. He has steered multiple projects with finesse even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
