Bhavani Sukumar, M.S., M.A.
Founder & CEO
Bhavani Sukumar brings a unique combination of scientific expertise, academic excellence, and clinical research experience to Pudhu Lifescience.
With a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Special Education, she combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of human learning and behaviour.
Before founding Pudhu Lifescience, Bhavani worked as a Junior Clinical Research Associate, where she contributed to multiple clinical trials by connecting qualified doctors and study participants. Her experience in clinical research and passion for improving healthcare outcomes inspired her to establish Pudhu Lifescience.
Her vision is to make the world a healthier place to live by supporting the development of safe and effective medicines through reliable clinical research.
Dr. Jigisha Dabhi, PhD in Pharmacology
Managing Director
Dr. Jigisha Dabhi is a PhD in Pharmacology with over 15 years of academic and research experience in pharmaceutical sciences, including teaching, pharmacokinetics, and bioequivalence studies. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor with extensive experience in delivering courses such as Pharmacology, Anatomy & Physiology, Pathophysiology, Clinical Pharmacology, and Health Education.
Experienced in designing and monitoring pharmacokinetic and bioequivalence studies for regulatory submissions, including ANDA and international markets. Skilled in developing study protocols, informed consent forms (ICF), case report forms (CRF), and clinical study reports in accordance with ICH guidelines (E6, E3). Adept at CRO selection, study monitoring, PK data evaluation, and coordination with regulatory teams for eCTD module preparation.
Strong academic background with a PhD in Pharmacology from Saurashtra University and an M.Pharm from Gujarat University. Experienced in conducting laboratory practicals, including animal-based pharmacology experiments and biochemical analysis.
Proficient in scientific and statistical tools such as ChemOffice, SigmaStat, and EndNote, along with standard productivity software. Passionate about teaching, research, and contributing to advancements in pharmaceutical education and clinical research.
Suresh Bhatol, M. Pharmacy
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Suresh Bhatol, an experienced clinical pharmacologist with over 21 years of experience in Clinical Research, Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Trial Management (Phase I-IV) , Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Monitoring & experimental studies at various organizations. Mr. Suresh Bhatol gained clinical research experience through working for companies such as Veeda Clinical Research Ltd., GVK Biosciences Pvt Ltd., Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Ahmedabad and ASMO Medical Technology Co Ltd., China. Mr. Suresh Bhatol was part of setting up CROs like Veeda CR and GVK Biosciences, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Suresh Bhatol has a successful track record of handling and participating in more than 500 BA/BE studies, Phase I-IV, glucose clamp, and experimental studies; monitored more than 250 BA/BE studies, clinical trials, in-vitro BE studies for different regulatory submissions such as DCGI, US FDA, EU, WHO, ANVISA, ROW, NMPA etc.
